Refund policy

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original state and condition. Caked yarn and sale yarn is not eligible for return. Any items marked "Final Sale" or "Last Chance" are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
